Returns

Our aim is to ensure your satisfaction with your shopping experience. Should you find yourself less than completely satisfied with a purchase, you have the option to return most items within 30 days of receiving them for an exchange, store credit, or full refund. For inquiries regarding returns beyond the 30-day window, please reach out to our customer service team support@rsdoutdoor.com who can assist with potential repair, store credit, or replacement.

Please note that all returns are subject to Guide IR Thermal USAΒ Return Conditions, which require items to be returned in NEW condition, meaning unused and unbroken, in the original manufacturer's packaging, and complete with all original contents such as instruction manuals, batteries, accessories, and additional elements.

To facilitate exchanges and returns, completion of a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form is necessary. Once the form is filled out, follow the provided return instructions and send back the merchandise promptly. Keep in mind that your RMA number is valid for 15 days from submission, so timely action is essential.

We strongly advise insuring your shipments for their full value and ensuring items are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. If you suspect damage occurred during shipping, please notify Customer Service immediately.

Guide IR Thermal USAΒ cannot accept partial returns on kits or bundled goods. Failure to return all components may incur additional fees.

Refunds

Once approved, Guide IR Thermal USA issues refunds via the original payment method. For example, refunds for purchases made via credit card are credited back to the customer's credit card.

Guide IR Thermal USA typically processes returns within 15 business days of receiving the merchandise. However, the time taken for credits to reflect in customers' accounts may vary depending on the policies of credit card companies or PayPal.

Restocking fees may apply to returns of opened, used, or damaged products, or for returns that do not complete the Return and Exchange Instructions.

Please ensure that you fill out a RMA Request Form for all returns. Once completed, follow the provided return instructions and send back the merchandise within 15 business days to ensure a prompt processing of your exchange or refund.

  • To obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, please fill out and submit an RMA Request Form.Β We cannot accept returns without a completed RMA Request Form. Upon submission of the RMA Request Form, you can expect to receive your RMA number via email within 24-48 hours.
  • When packing the item(s), please ensure they are securely wrapped using the original packing material to prevent any damage during transit. Additionally, remember to include all materials, accessories, manuals, or any other items that were included in the original shipment.
  • Be sure to print out the "Return Summary" form and place it inside the box before sealing it.
  • For added protection, we recommend insuring packages for their full value as Guide IR Thermal USA cannot be held responsible for returned merchandise until it is signed for at our warehouse. Therefore, customers are liable in cases where a returned package is lost, stolen, or damaged during transit.
  • To ensure proper delivery, we highly recommend selecting a carrier that offers delivery notification, such as UPS, USPS, or FedEx
